Michael Vaters’ event production company won the MTRA (Monster Truck Racing Association’s) “2012 Promoter of the Year.” The 2012 award from the MTRA is the third year in a row in which Vaters event production company has earned this accolade. Vaters’ puts on monster truck events during the summer months at fairgrounds and speedways using his own trucks as well as sub-contracting other trucks. Vaters uses his two jet powered 4-wheelers and his son Michael Vaters 2nd performs freestyle motocross. Yeah it is practically the whole monster truck show right from the Vaters’ stable.
